One of our admins described for me an issue where she would invite several (~8) users to a meeting via SOGo web. She has delegated access to many of their calendars and could see that the event correctly appeared on their calendars. At some point subsequent to that, and with no action taken on the other users' parts, the event disappeared from all calendars except the admin/organizer. She could fix it by simply re-opening the event to edit and then "Save & Close". However, that's only useful when she knows the item disappeared.
Since she had already repaired the events she was aware of, we looked through her calendar for a few minutes trying to find an unfixed example. We couldn't, so I asked her to let me know when it happened again before she fixed it so I could see it. Not five minutes later she was back in my office with another example and I was able to confirm what she reported.

Any ideas? What further info might I try to find for troubleshooting?
