I have a Thunderbird 3.1 installation here and a user with about a dozen shared 
calendars.  For some reason, when I installed the SOGo connector et al. and 
configured her user account, I'm not able to get all of her calendars fetched.  
I have deleted the sqlite cache file several times, and when I restart TB, I 
can see the file growing in size, but it never seems to get to the full size of 
the other sqlite cache (on TB2; this is a new computer for this user).  And it 
will generally end up a different size each time I delete it and reload it, for 
example after one delete and reload it's 174 KB, after another one it's 268, 
etc.

Any troubleshooting tips?  I don't seem to be getting any errors in either the 
sogo log on the server, or the thunderbird error console.
