Generally speaking, you could export (from the virtualbox gui) in ovf format, which is defacto standard for the vm-exchange in the virtualization world. Once you have the appliance in .ovf , you could then use your hypervisor's import tool of choince to import the ovf file.

Both vmware* and xenserver (not gpl xen) support it .
