[SOGo] lightning create calendar

In addition to my issue of trying to remove the "home" calendar upon 
installation, I have come upon a new problem. How does one create a new 
calendar in lightning (using the integrator and connector plugins for 
sogo) via thunderbird? When I try to create a new calendar it asks if I 
want to put it on the local computer or the network. I choose the 
network but I am not sure of the URL I need to put in that box. Any help 
is appreciated.
