I believe you are looking for, SOGoMailMessageCheck.
SOGoMailMessageCheck Parameter used to defne the mail polling interval
at which the IMAP server is queried for new
messages. Possible values are :
manually
◾
every_minute
◾
every_2_minutes
◾
every_5_minutes
◾
every_10_minutes
◾
every_20_minutes
◾
every_30_minutes
◾
once_per_hour
◾
Defaults to manually when unset.
