This is wrong, "x-webobjects-server-name" should be
"axe.chester.comtek.co.uk".
Your extensions.rdf file is also wrong:
isi:updateURL="http://axe.chester.comtek.co.uk:80/plugins/
strip the ":80" part, it is useless and will confuse path comparisons.
