Thanks for quick reply. I figured out that search querylimt option after
I hit the sent button. The option I can see for search is name and
email, can i change this to search by users firstname ?

Possibility 1: A setting in your LDAP server - maximum number of
entries returned by a search.
Possibility 2: SOGo:
As user sogo:
defaults write sogod SOGoLDAPQueryLimit 25
to set the number to 25.
