After reading this article in the faq I think, the source path is not
correct (at least at a Ubuntu 10.04 and a Debian Lenny):
http://www.sogo.nu/english/nc/support/faq/article/how-to-customize-the-html.html
On Ubuntu 10.04 and Debian 5 it should be:
cp /usr/lib/GNUstep/SOGo/Templates/MainUI/SOGoRootPage.wox \
/home/sogo/GNUstep/Library/SOGo/Templates/MainUI
