So far I know you cannot edit IMAP ACL's with Thunderbird (I am new to SOGo, so maybe I am wrong). But there is a plugin for IMAP ACL's, maybe you can take a look: https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/thunderbird/addon/imap-acl-extension/ .
