Hi,

I would like to install SOGo but to use separate servers, one for each service.
I already have a SMTP server, a SMTP-auth one, a POP/IMAP one, a MySQL one, a
PostgreSQL 8.4 one, an openLDAP one, an apache2 one, a lighttpd one, a rsyslog
one, a nagios one and a munin one... All are running on Debian and are fine. I
would like to use those with SOGo.

When typing "apt-get install sogo" on fresh Debian, a lot of dependencies are
fired... and don't want those to be installed. Maybe those may be removed after
the install. But I would prefer not to install those at all.

What sould be the best path to achieve a proper install? I would appreciate any
advice on this topic. Also I would prefer to use the proposed Debian packages
if possible.

Kind regards,
Jean-Charles de Longueville
 Hello Jean-Charles,

I think you will need to use the source or does apt-get have a flag that says not to download dependencies? Sogo does require Sope though so you will need that.

Hope that helps,

Jon
