That was it I must have forgotten to run
sql-update-1.3.3_to_1.3.4-mysql.sh.  

Is it on the road map to simplify the update process?  I know other
projects have a update.php script that looks at what is installed and
what version the database is and runs a function that does the update.
You could even call it from the rpm post when updating.
