I have customized the integrator plugin (changed the 'isUpdate' url) and
installed it actually. My problem is I dont know what else/next to do after
installation, because there seems to be no clear indication of what to do
next after installing the plugin. Which is why I went to try to add a CalDav
calendar myself.

So if the Integrator is the preferred way to go, what should I setup after I
install the Integrator? My problem is after installing and restarting TB, I
dont see any intuitive "next" setup, so I am pretty much lost there. No new
calendars have been created for me, no new addressbook, and no new email
client either.
