I have read/write access to my colleagues calendar.When someone sends an invitation I get to see my invitation in Thunderbird _and_ I see a notification for "invitations" in TBs status bar at the bottom right.
When I click the "invitations"-Link in the status bar, I can accept or decline an invitation on behalf of my colleagues.
