You can open a message by using the popup URL
https://sogo.example.com/SOGo/so/user.name/Mail//0/folderINBOX/92224/popupview
(It will prompt for user name and password if you aren't already loggedin.)
This doesn't open the webinterface though, so you can't see other emails
or folders or the main menu in this page.
I don't know of any way to open the webinterface with a specific email
in the display area.
