No, as far as I know SOGo doesn't provide that feature... of course I
could be wrong.
A year ago a friend programmed a webform which authenticated users
against their old password, and then asked for the new one plus other
data helpful for SOGo such as "Department".
People who updated their password began using SOGo, who didn't got stuck
with Squirrelmail. Three months later we took down Squirrelmail and the
few who where still using it were forced to change.
