You can export the calendar from user1. Import it by user2. Then user2 has to add the access privileges and can select "Subscribe User" while doing so. This will add the calendar to the other users calendar lists. But when you remove the privileges from user1's calendar, all others have to accept the removal in their lists. And all individually set names from other users for this calendar are gone. Hope this helps a bit.
