I've ran into this issue numerous times on various platforms (XP, Vista, or Windows 7) where after the Sogo Connector and Lighting frontends are installed and I'm adding a calendar on the network via CalDAV the email option ends up being set to 'None'. I am unable to figure out how to change this to the email account of the user who the calendar belongs to..
