Hi, I just upgraded from 1.3.8b to 1.3.9, restarted the sogo service, and cannot reproduce your problem. In my setup the list contains three entries.
The problem may be, that the items are not yet translated to german. When using the german user interface the list contains only the generic keys "selectedCalendar", "personalCalendar" and "firstCalendar".
