The best way to get the correct URL is to go to the web frontend, select the calendar, select "Properties" and copy the "CalDAV URL" from the tab "Links to this calendar". For me this looks like https://sogo.mydomain/SOGo/dav/myusername/Calendar/46C-4E172380-1-7413EA80 Works fine for me with Thunderbird 7.0.1, and Lightning 1.0b7.
