will there maybe a minor release i.e. SOPE 1.3.9.1 to fix just this issue?
Or is this just the patch:

Or is there more, there are more patches, but they don't really seem to be 
related, or are they?

I want to update the openbsd ports. I personally don't use mysql, but others 
may, and I don't want to be bugged by those people after the upgrade, so I'd 
like to include the fix for this issue too ;)
