May be something relative to sieve server ? Is it really "port=2000", or
"port=20000" ?
Have you tried:
<key>SOGoSieveServer</key>
<string>sieve://localhost:sieve-port</string>
in your .GNUstepDefaults file ? sieve-port is the port where sieve
listen to (4190 for a Debian Squeeze server).
