I can confirm this issue with my Blackberry.
It seems to happen on resets from server to Blackberry and DST clock shifts.

There is a big issue with funambol sync:
I always get doubled calendars in the SOGo database or Blackberry after
syncing.
I cannot control this behavior. It happens randomly.
