As you don't use the integrator plugin from invers, you have to use the SOGo web interface. First create the new calendar. Then you can import your *.ics file into it. Select the new calendar and right click on it. Now choose "Import events...". Use the "Browse" button to navigate to your *.ics file and upload it. That's it. Be aware that all given privileges for other users will be lost.
