i haven´t done it yet but my SOGo Update is fast as well.
but we should just keep in mind to restart all services needed for sogo - especially sogo itself and memcached.

I upgraded the whole thing following SOGo 1.3.11 release.

i did the same with my latest squeeze today - just an "apt-get update&&
apt-get upgrade" and SOGo was updated and works fine.

Check your Logfile /var/log/sogo/sogo.log - restart all services like
mysql/apache/memcached/sogo or just the whole server and recheck your logs
for suspicious entries.
Yeah, I forgot to restart memcached. At least now I did it, it works
much better, thanks.
