Are you sure? Do you have some trace flow showing that your NAT rules
are correct and that packets are really NAT'ed?

I have built this kind of server configuration for one of our customers.
I do not remember any kind of special configuration for the server. But,
in our case, I have DNAT'ed the port 80 of the firewall (linux box with
iptables) toward the port 80 of the lan server running SOGo.
Can you report your SOGo.conf, please?
