Ludovic didn't ask for the name of your Provider or your contracts ;-)

How are users authenticated there?
LDAP, ActiveDirectory, Database?
Do you have access to this authentication store?

If the answer is yes, then you can integrate this authentication into SOGo.
This means no local copy of it, but direct access from SOGo to it.

No, SOGo doesn't pull emails from external IMAP into its own IMAP store.
It uses one IMAP store which can be located anywhere.
The difficult part is authentication.
SOGo needs to know how to authenticate at this IMAP store.
