Yes, I've seen your comment but it is wrong. We encourage the use of the Outlook Cached Mode - we even added this at Inverse to OpenChange. So our documentation is right.

Nonetheless, the behavior difference between online and cached mode for Outlook 2007 when sending mails is an interesting find.
