[SOGo] timezones lion 1.7.2 incorrect

I tested TB10esr 10.0.1 + lightning 1.2.1 + extensions 10.0 on OSX Lion 
10.7.2. I noticed the timezone isn't applied correctly in lightning. is 
the timezone read from the sogo server, or from the system settings? in 
the system settings it was set to munich - europe, but even after I 
changed that to europe/berlin and tested it on a fresh user account, the 
setting in lightning was still the same, america/montreal.
it's not that annoying, but I will have to adjust it for all our users 
(60+) after deploying.
