The problem was that my Xeon processor doesn't support VT technology so I can't run 64bit VM on it eventhough the CPU itself is 64bit.
Thanks everyone for support. Maybe some small suggestion to developers - wouldn't it be possible to prepare ZEG appliances on 32bit OSes? This would allow to run it on every machine.
