Mainly SOGo speaks caldav.
ICS-based calendars are possible, but only with read access. I would recommend you to export the horde-ics and import the file via SOGos Webcalendar and access SOGo via caldav, runs faster than ics.

if a give right login/password i have all access

Is this horde calendar world readable? SOGo does currently not allow
to specify an user name and password for external calendars. Kind
