[SOGo] Moving MySQL back to sogo

When we setup SOGo we simply created the mysql database on our existing 
server and pointed the SOGo instance to it. However in the recent days 
we have become suspicious of the stability of that mysql install. What 
would be the best way to move the install on to the sogo install? I am 
thinking just install mysql, use sogo-tool to do a current backup, 
change the sogo config to point to localhost mysql, then do a sogo-tool 
restore. This way I should not be dumping possible corrupt mysql data. 
Am I correct in thinking this way?
