I've just upgraded to the sogo-2.0_20121008-1.centos6.x86_64 package on my test system. It seems to me that this build is severely broken : lots of missing files, css, etc... leading to a non-functional installation. Even the login page is not displayed correctly, and in the HTML source of it the css reference are missing. I don't think that changing the paths would correct anything in that case.
