This is dependant of your IMAP server. In cyrus these IMAP folders are added to the special folder "Other Users". In order to see them you have eventually to subscribe them in your E-Mail-Client, or unset in SOGo "Preferences" --> "Mail options" --> "Show subscribed mailboxes only".
