If you want Outlook to be able to connect to SoGo (or Exchange, for that matter) through a firewall, you will have to tell Outlook to tunnel all its communications through HTTP. So, open your email account settings (Control Panel -> E-Mail -> E-Mail Accounts). Then select your email account, and click "Change". Click on "More Settings". From the Connection tab, und “Outlook Anywhere” enable "Connect to Micrsofot Exchange using HTTP". Then Outlook should communicate via port 443 - the normal SSL port.

Using the "regular" RPC protocol won't work through firewalls since it uses dynamically assigned ports.
