This information is not part of neither defaults nor settings. Just make a backup with sogo-tool of an user and look at it. You then can modify it. Then remove the user and restore him with the modified backup. Be aware the User should not change anything in his account at that time, or this change will be lost! But I would just use a super user account. They are set in defaults at SOGoSuperUsernames. Login to the web interface of this super user and use the menu "Administration". Search there after the owner of the address book. Click at the plus sign in front of the owners name. Choose the address book to share. Double click on this chosen address book. Add the users in order to share it with them. Double click on each user one after the other and set the appropriate privileges. Then set the mark on "Subscribe user" for all of them.
