Additional information:
Everything seems to be fine after installing 'Lightning_1.9.1.xpi' and
'SOGO-Connector_17.0.2.xpi'
It's after I installed my modified 'SOGo-Integrator_17.0.2.xpi' that the
two SOGo extensions revert.
It would appear it was something I edited in the Integrator. I followed
the directions on pg. 8-9, and I compared my version to the previous
version to make sure I had edited the right string.
It's something in one of those strings that's reverting the two extensions.

Yes, the server is fully updated on the Linux side. I'm using the ZEG
(12.04LTS)
As far as I know, 'updates.php' is not installed or configured, as it doesn't
show under 'dpkg'
I've also disabled the ability of TB to update itself or extensions in each
profile.
What is causing it to revert to the previous versions?
