For me it's not clear, what is a "regular calendar" for you?


In the web interface of SOGo you can add web calendars with the button
"Subscribe web calendar...".
The URL asked for has to be an ics-File reachable via web.
If authentication is needed, SOGo will ask you for it.
Access is read only.
Automatic synchronisation happens on login to SOGo only.
If you need the actual state within a session, you have to press "Reload".

I don't know, if these are synced with CalDAV clients.

You can add such a calendar as web calendar.
You don't need to publish it.
As long as you can reach your private SOGo instance from work, you can
add all calendars from there.

But it will not affect your free/busy appearance at work.
And as it is read only, you can't change events/appointments in your
private SOGo instance with this.
