Yep - This happened with me, and appeared to be related to the automatic update of Thunderbird. You do not lose any data, and indeed you can continue to add data without it being lost, it just doesn't display.
SOLUTION IS: 1. In Thunderbird. Menu->Tools->Addons->Extensions and disable Inverse Sogo Connector. 2. Restart Thunderbird 3. Menu->Tools->Addons->Extensions and re-enable Inverse Sogo Connector. 4. Restart Thunderbird Problem solved. Issue appears to have been something related to the automatic update of Thunderbird messing up something in the way the extension interacted with the display of the data.
