Yes - it's normal. Back when we were modifying Lightning and distributing the "Inverse Edition", we modified it to also use "confidential". Now that we don't, it's back with "show time and date only".

SOGo makes uses of what's defined in the RFC for access classification. I don't know why Mozilla/Lightning chose to do things differently and confuse everybody out there, but there is a long-standing open issue on this in bugzilla.
