Nothing special. Every quad core with 8 GiB RAM should be enough. More RAM will speed up use of large email folders though. Needed hard drive space depends on your email usage. Normally an average of 5 GiB per user should be OK. But be aware, that there are email collectors with as much as 10 years of emails and heavy use of attachments. So we also have users with used email quotas up to 50 GiB.
