Good morning, You shouldn't have to deprovision/reprovision in this specific case. If you did, I would also recommend you to flush sogo tables/data for the user to avoid openchange/sogo data to get desynchonized with regards to ID mapping. Back to your issue, can you be more specific about the problem you are encountering? Do you still experience the same crash with the same PST file? Can you append the samba log to this thread?
