Data is not deleted in SOGo automatically.
This can be helpful.
The scenario I think of is, when a user shares his calendars and address
books with other users.
They will still be able to use them.

If you don't want that, you have to delete the user in SOGo, e.g. with
sogo-tool in a cron job, by yourself.
