You should ask one of those recipient to forward (as attachment) one of the mail stored in the spam folder. Looking at the header, you may find information. One thing I just remembered: SOGo uses lowercase only headers, and some mail server (including gmail's ones) doesn't like it (Even if no RFC forbids lowercase headers). I've writtent a qpsmtpd plugin to re-write those header using an uppercase first letter: https://wikit.firewall-services.com/doku.php/tuto/ipasserelle/mail/corriger_la_casse_des_entetes_sogo (but it's only usable with qpsmtpd, which you probably do not use...)
