Yes, that was what I was thinking of.

As "user.notseeing" subscribed to it, and it vanishes after logout, can
you also check the settings for "user.notseeing" please?
I mean has he an entry for this shared address book in his "Contacts"
--> "SubscribedFolders" section?

This is definitely a bug in SOGo.
