This is based on default webmin 1.660, and default SOGo 2.0.7.
Can someone tell me what I should do?

Don't install it as a perl module. Install it as a Webmin module.
Webmin COnfiguration -> Webmin Modules -> Install -> From uploaded
file -> Choose File
