Thanks. This seems to have worked for me (at least it stopped the error emails from coming, I'm not sure if the email alarms will actually work). Added these two lines to sogo.conf:
OCSEMailAlarmsFolderURL = "mysql://sogo:MYSQLPASSWD@localhost:3306/sogo/sogo_alarms_folder"; SOGoEnableEMailAlarms = YES; (and then made sure the cron job is enabled).
