If I’m understanding your question correctly, you are asking if a CardDAV account synchronized to a Thunderbird Address Book will be reconciled to an iCloud Address Book.
Not only is this beyond the scope of SOGo, it isn’t possible for a third party to force iCloud contacts to sync with anything. iCloud is a CardDAV provider, just like SOGo, but SOGo cannot force iCloud to accept data it presents. The connectors are meant to provide linkage between contacts and clients via WebDAV, it is not a magic bridge to allow every service to synchronize (though, it arguably could be, if enough services worked the same way and allowed for certain configurations).
