Hello yes it is possible but depends of your configuration The prerequise is on the source user (ldap or others) you have an attribute for the host who has the user account (homeserver ... ) In this case all mail from external come to this serveur (mail1) in this server you say where is the account with the attribute (mail1 or mail2 ) ... The mail will be retransmitted to the right server On the other server configure your postfix to reroute the unknow users mails on the mail1 server.
