No, there is no search facility to search for calendar or address book names. If you would search for "personal" you would find every User in your SOGo instance ;-) Users you can not search for, obviously can not be found. But why does the owner of the calendar not set the "Subscribe User" flag? With this set, your user would find this calendar in his calendar list.
