Jef, if you use a local client on your device (desktop, laptop, smartphone, tablet, …), you can control both accounts from that single device (e.g. I use two SOGo instances, one at work, and one for my family, which works seamlessly like that). If you have trouble setting that up on your device, just ask.
If you then still need others to see that calendar (e.g. for free/busy planning), read-only is enough.
